白飯とコチュジャンの組み合わせは最強である。
緊急事態宣言が発効された水曜ランチは
近くのオフィスビルに入っている焼肉屋 福寿さんへ初訪問。
やはり在宅勤務推奨の世の中だから
お昼時でも空席だらけである。
さて写真付きのメニューから発注したのはハラミ定食。
しばらくすると店員さんが韓国のお茶である
水正果茶（スジョンガ）をサービスしてくれた。
どうも免疫に効果があるらしい。
確かにシナモン、蜂蜜、生姜が入っているので
体には良さそうである。
さて、およそ10分ほどでメインが着盆。
ほほう。まぁまぁのボリュームだね。
早速、サラダから手をつける。
どこかで野菜から食べるのが良い事という情報を得たからだ。
思いのほかこの大根とキャベツを刻んだサラダが美味い。
続いてメインのハラミちゃんだ。
机にあったコチュジャンをチョコンと乗せてパクリ。
うん。想定内。肉の味も柔らかさも。
だってリーズナブルなお値段設定だもんね。
肉の味よりもこのコチュジャンの味の方が後を引く。
そのため必然的に白飯の消化が進んでしまうのだ。
もちろん白飯をおかわりである。
いやぁコチュジャンと白飯の相性は最強である。
およそ15分足らずでペロリと平らげる。
炭水化物取りすぎでこりゃ眠くなりそうだなぁ。

Even though I work from home, I was busy from the morning and before I knew it, it was almost lunchtime. For some reason, I was craving meat, so I visited Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Meisai Fukuju for the second time in a long time. From the many lunch menus, I selected the secret sauce mixed set meal (1,705 yen including tax). The simple reason was that I was attracted by the word "secret". This set meal had a lineup of beef skirt steak, medium-cut beef rib, and fatty beef rib. The stove in front of me was lit and the table was set as soon as it was turned on. I immediately started grilling the beef fatty rib on the far right. I finished the salad with sesame dressing while it was cooking. Then, without any sauce, I bounced the grilled meat on the rice and put it in my mouth. Hmm, is this fatty rib? I didn't feel much of a fatty texture or a rib texture. Next, I had the medium-cut beef rib grilled. Hmm, this one wasn't particularly distinctive as a medium-cut beef. I thought the skirt steak was a bit stringy. Come to think of it, it was a secret sauce. I completely forgot to taste it. By the way, I was told that I could have more rice, but I only had one bowl. I finished off with some seaweed soup.
