仕事帰りに気になっていた中華屋さんに行きました。Go To Eat対象店でお得な店。
入店してみると中華街のお店よりもゴージャスな感じでお高い店じゃないの？って思いながらもテーブル席に案内される。予約の客はワンドリンクオーダーは必須。生ビールのタンブラー495円を注文するとお粥と一緒に登場。
メインは何にしよう。日替わり麺セットが味噌ラーメンと聞き、定食を考えていたが炒飯も少し食べたい…。味噌ラーメンセット900円だ！お粥は少量だが刻み搾菜とのバランスが良い。もっと食べたい。
ビールを飲み進めていると味噌ラーメンセット到着。先ずは半炒飯から。薄味ながらも好みの味。後半は付け合わせの搾菜を乗せて一気に口へ！そして味噌ラーメン…。久々にスープに全てが沈んでいるラーメンを食べました。蓮華と箸で具材を持ち上げると、炒め野菜？（豚肉、もやし、ニラ、玉ねぎ）と半熟卵、つるんとした麺。スープはサッパリした自家製味噌を使用。野菜と麺と同時に食べるとバランス良く中華屋さんのラーメン、安心感が体の中を通っていく。どんどん箸が進む、残していたビールで給水し、折り返し地点でラー油を投入！ピリッとした味噌ラーメンも美味い！あっという間に食べ切ってしまった。町中華侮れない。今度はランチで伺います、またよろしくお願いします。
