美しい冷やし中華
武蔵小杉の横須賀線口に近い会社のコワーキングスペースでお仕事。ランチはあまり時間がなかったので近くの中華屋さんに2度目の訪問。
今回は2階に通され、そこは大宴会場でテーブルがギッシリ。そのうちの3分の1ぐらいに人が座っていた。注文は冷やし中華。
冷やし中華は麺と具とスープが分かれてやってきた。具はトマト、ワカメ、錦糸卵、キュウリ、カニカマ、クラゲ、紅ショウガ。それを自分で麺の上にのせ、スープをかけ回す。お店の人がやるようにはうまくいかないけど、これはこれで楽しい。
麺はシッカリ、お味は甘くて酸っぱいスタンダード。
美味しゅうございました。
住宅街の名店
東横 & 南武沿線ラーメンの旅。今回は向河原。
緊急事態宣言が明けたので、久しぶりに在宅勤務からコワーキングスペースにお出かけ。お昼はそこから徒歩圏内の以前から気になっていた向河原の宝珍楼さんにお邪魔。
普通の町中華かと思っていたら、セパレートされた部屋がいくつかある、とてもきれいな店内。メニューに「挽肉と卵とじ 横浜・川崎風です」とあったのでタンタンメンを注文。
まずはお粥が供された。腹ペコに優しい味。
そして、やって来たのは赤ではなく白っぽいスープのタンタンメン。でも一口すするとピリ辛で多分鶏ベースのいいお味。麺は中細、具は挽肉、溶き卵、もやし、ニラ。川崎ニュータンタンメンの要素を持ちながらちょっと違うけど、これはこれで美味しい一杯。
住宅街の名店を発見。
新丸子の宝珍楼、元住吉から幸区の南加瀬に移転したほうちんろうは既に訪問済みなので、これで川崎3大宝珍楼（？）を制覇！

ランチのおまけ、おかゆとザーサイを食べて終わって、サンマーメン登場。
麺は平打ち中細麺。この手のラーメンは餡のトロミで中々スープが冷めないので、慎重にフーフーして食べる。具は豚コマ、モヤシ、キャベツ、ニンジン、ヤングコーンなど。最後まで美味しくいただきました。
