ランチは初めての訪問。武蔵中原のファミリーレストランコクリコ。1974年創業の老舗です。20歳でバイトから入った今の店主がお店を引き継いだとのこと。
お酒もいっぱい種類があるので、居酒屋と呼ぶお客さんも多いらしいが、奥様は、"うちは食べ物屋さんでいいの"とおっしゃってると言う。
まあ、洋食屋さんですよね！
さて注文は

ポークジンジャーのセット

鮭とほうれん草のクリームスパゲッティ
そしてコーク
まずは、
鮭とほうれん草のクリームスパゲッティが運ばれて来ます。
昔、まだカプリチョーザが出来始めた頃、カプリチョーザのスモークサーモンクリームのリングイネが大好きでした。あのとても１人じゃ食べられないような量と濃厚なソース。
ここのは、もっとあっさりしていますが、この歳となっては、こちらの方が圧倒的に有り難い。美味しいです！
ポークジンジャーは、大きめのロースが３枚。生姜焼きとポークジンジャーの中間ぐらいでしょうか？尤もそんな定義があるのかどうかは知りませんが。笑
ジンジャーソースは濃すぎす、所謂ポークジンジャーという感じ。お肉の下にはたっぷりのパスタとミックスベジタブル。この大衆感も良いですね。
最後はドリップコーヒー。昨日のコーヒーと比べるとちょっと？だけど、スッキリ薄めのアメリカンでした。
居心地の良いお店ですね。御馳走様でした！
