週末に家族ディナーでお邪魔。武蔵小杉駅南口から徒歩10分ほど、飲食店が点在する通りに店舗を構えるチャイニーズ。ここでしか食べられないメニューを取り揃える人気の広東料理店。井之頭五郎氏もSeason10で訪問。
'21〜'23中華百名店受賞店。
2週間前に予約のうえ、とある土曜日19:30にお邪魔。店内は相席前提の大テーブル8席と2人用テーブル3卓のキャパ14席だが当然ながら予約で満席。この後予約のないお客が何組か来られたが全てお断りされていたので予約は必須。
メニュー選び。掲載された「はずせない5品」から品切れの海老を除く4品（豚肉腸粉、焼売の真実、牡蠣の中華お好み焼き、豚ゲタ肉のトーチー蒸し）をオーダー。その後海鮮網目春巻、にんにく風味の豚唐揚げを発注し、〆に本気の雲呑麺、デザートでカスタードまんとあんまんを追加発注。
全体的に小ぶりなサイズ感で着丼。印象に残ったものについて言及すると、、、
初めていただいた腸粉。うるち米を蒸したぷるんぷるんの食感と豚肉のジュワッと滲む甘い脂が融合した唯一無二の味わい(∩･∀･∩)
焼売の真実はなにが真実かはわからなかったが小ぶりでありながら超粗挽肉がぱつんぱつんに詰まった破壊力高めの一品。
トーチー蒸しでは嘘でしょ？ってぐらいとろける食感の柔らかい豚肉を堪能。
ワンタン麺はコシ激強の極細麺にやさしい出汁、むっちり系の肉肉しい雲呑に舌鼓。
薬膳あんまんは黒豆、なつめ、落花生、クコの実が入った当店自慢の一品。「薬膳」という言葉にビビりつつ、全然クセはなく甘さも控えめで品の良いデザート。
他に発注したものも含めハズレは1品もなく家族全員大満足。はるばる遠くへ来た甲斐がありました(∩･∀･∩)
