There is only one person running the kitchen and floor, so it looks like they are busy. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but that was to be expected. First came the cloud noodles. Those stiff noodles. A cloud cup is hidden below. It's like a treasure hunt (॑꒳ ॑c) The cloud noodles are chewy. The soup is delicious. The soup is clear but has a strong flavor. I also like that the stiff noodles are hard to cut ♡ Intestinal powder looks different from anything I've eaten before. It's quite thick and full. The ones I've eaten overseas and in Chinatown so far have had thin skins with transparent shrimp, so I wonder if the appearance differs depending on the region of China. It was chewy and chewy and filling. I really like the seasoning of the pork inside (* ॑꒳ ॑*) I'm already full from these two items. I can't eat all kinds of Chinese food by myself. I asked for sesame dumplings as a souvenir and received them at home. The lotus seed bean paste is light and chewy, and the sesame seeds are fragrant and delicious. Even my daughter who likes sesame dumplings thinks it's delicious! It said. Apparently there is a mooncake made with the same lotus seed paste, but the mooncake was quite big!
