川崎のソウルフード？ニュータンタンメン
久しぶりに伺いました。真っ赤なビジュアルとニンニクガッツリのニュータンタンメン。川崎では居酒屋でもタンタンメンというと、このビジュアルのラーメンが提供されることもあるくらいポピュラーです。遅い時間帯でしたがほぼ満席。
辛さが6段階くらいで選べます。真ん中より辛めの大辛をチョイス。10分ほどで着丼。スープを少し、唐辛子たっぷりで久しぶりなのでむせる。でも、実はそんなに辛くないんです。どちらかというとニンニクの方がたっていて、まろやかに感じます。溶き卵もたっぷりで、寒い日には温まる。ワカメを練り込んだ麺がつるシコ。たまに食べたくなるお味。ご馳走さまでした。
店舗によりますが、こちらはファミリー向けで、セットメニューや、タンタンメン以外のラーメンもあり。
