ハラペーニョの酸味、刺激がアクセントになって非常に美味し。炭酸系に合うのだ。
もう少し辛くしたい場合は、

まあ相変わらず、食う時ホッペタがソースで汚れるんだけど、構わずカブリツクのが良い。
