Yakiniku (Grilled meat) party at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Adan no Mori in Musashi Shinjo. The first restaurant I went to on the fifth day of the town Yakiniku (Grilled meat) party was Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Adan no Mori in Musashi Shinjo. I was researching various restaurants and decided to make a reservation and visit based on the visuals of the meat. When I visited with 6 people at 17:00, I was surprised to find that I had not made a reservation. Although there was an incident, I was able to enter the store safely. Dangerous, dangerous. Since it was a weekend, the restaurant was fully booked. That's amazing. It seems like it's a pretty popular restaurant locally. After discussing various things with the owner, I ordered the following: I ordered Adan's strongest and best ribsin soup, Chinese cabbage kimchi, yam kimchi, and 3-item namul platter. I was told that if I ordered this first, I wouldn't go wrong, so I ordered Adan's best and most delicious. There are four types: top tongue salt, premium skirt steak, tomosankaku, and shintama. It has an incredible visual. You can tell at a glance that they are particular about the meat. All of the meats were very delicious, but the top tongue shio and the best skirt steak were the best. The ribsin that day was recommended as being the highest ranked and outrageous, but it was certainly quite delicious. There is quite a bit of frost, but the fat is not sticky at all and is the best! Other than that, the yam kimchi is exquisite, and I highly recommend ordering this. Because it's really delicious. The kimchi and namul were also wonderfully seasoned. It seems like the finishing touches are quite limited, so I ordered a cuppa, and it was delicious. And there was quite a lot of it. The owner was also funny and kind, and the shop had a homely atmosphere.
