東急の新丸子駅から多摩川に向かって少し歩いたところにあるカフェ兼イタリアンという感じのお店です。緊急事態宣言によりしばらくテイクアウトのみの営業をされていたようですが、営業再開したらしいとの情報を得て訪問しました。
ランチのピークタイムはだいぶ過ぎてから、平日の14時半頃の訪問です。時間が時間だけにでしょうか、先客はゼロです。店主さんと思しき男性の方が1人で切り盛りされているようです。私はいつも通りの1人ですがどこでもどうぞというのでテーブル席へ。
カフェ利用かと思われたようで、パスタを頼んだら一瞬驚かれました。あと、お飲み物はと聞かれたのでコーヒーが売りのお店だし断るのもと思ってアイスコーヒーを注文。
アイスコーヒーは先に提供していただきました。本格派のコーヒーの香りが良いですね。じっくり香るタイプのコーヒー。さすがは専門性あるお店でいただくお味です。
サラダとパンが先に来るのでそちらを食べながらパスタを待ちます。
本格派イタリアン的な銘を打ってあるだけに、見た目も美味しそうなカルボナーラ アラ・ノスタル・カーサです。伝統的イタリアンスタイルのカルボナーラってことですね。
確かにお味の方も本格派な感じです。素材の味を引き出しているタイプですね。パスタと味つけの調和というところでしょうか。食べ進める程になじむ形の作りです。
アイスコーヒーと一緒に美味しくいただきました。
