多分、昔、武蔵小杉で飲むとなった時に検索してBMしていたお店。
鳥刺しの写真に目を奪われた。
新丸子駅から歩いて１０分くらい。
「本当にこの先に店があるんだろうか」と心配になるくらい普通の住宅地。
しかし、この店は確かにあった。
年季の入った外観にテンションがあがる。
17時開店という事で、予約をしておいたが、正解だった。
その後、30分もしないうちに満席となった。
4人でカウンター横並び。
80歳に届きそうな老夫婦とお手伝いの男性の3オペだが、女将さんはどっちかいったら、愛想を振りまいているだけかな。
かぼすサワーを頼んだら、カウンターのかぼすを「ぶつぎり」にし、２L入りの紙パックの焼酎を渡され、「あとはやってくれ」的なざっくばらん感にぞくぞく。
串ものはBBQで使う鉄串にぶっ刺さってくる。
中東のケバブ屋のようだ。ネタもかなり大ぶりで味つけもざっくばらん。
分厚く切られた、むっちりした生の鳥。
にんにく醤油でペロリ。
これだけ食べに新子安までくる価値あるかも。
衛生概念にうるさい人は来なくていいかな。
古き良き酒場ラバーに来て欲しい。
