しばらく行かない間(ここ10年ちかく小杉店には行ってなかった！)に、店が若干キレイになり代替わりした模様。焼肉メニューもなくなっていました。
なぜかキクラゲ推しだったので、キクラゲを初トッピング。中辛メンカタで。ニラかネギしか入れたことなかったのでちょっと楽しみ。連れは小杉限定の山椒タンタンを注文。
って、あれ？麺変わった？？店舗や朝夕で味が変わるのはニュータンタンあるあるなんだけど、なんか麺が違う気が…ツルツルしてて若干細いような…気のせいかな？それとも小杉店だけ違う？？ちなみに連れはこちらの麺の方が好みとのこと。ニンニクも唐辛子も控えめだったので大辛ニンニクダブルにすればよかった！と少し後悔。
キクラゲは大量に入っていて食感がおもしろい。でも麺には絡み辛くあんまり一体感はないかな。山椒タンタンは痺れ好きなので、これはこれで大いにアリ。クセになりそう。魚介タンタンなるものがあったので次は挑戦してみよう。ご馳走さまでした。
