神奈川県にある、元祖ニュータンタンメン本店小杉店さんに訪問させていただきました。
タンタンメン(辛さ控えめ)にトッピングで、チャーシューを頂きました。
とき卵、鳥のミンチ肉が入っています。
どんぶりが大きく量もまあまああるのでいい。
辛さを控えめににしたせいか、スープはアッサリに感じました。
チャーシューは、トッピングしないと1枚も乗ってなく、煮込まれた鳥ミンチだけです。
チャーシューは、1枚1枚でかく、柔らかくて美味しいです。
麺も、スープも、チャーシューも全て美味しく、病みつきになる味でした。
ご馳走様でした。
