中辛＆ご飯普通盛コール
ラーメンイベントだと辛いラーメンは数字が伸びないという通説がある。
その一方で、全国のご当地ラーメンには辛いラーメンが少なくない。
千葉県の勝浦タンタンメン、愛知の台湾ラーメンやベトコンラーメンがその一例だ。
このニュータンタンメン本舗もその代表格で、1964年に川崎市川崎区の京町店からその歴史はスタートしたそう。
ラーメン食べ歩き歴22年にもなるというのに、今回がニュータンタンメン初体験。
もっと早く食べに来るべきだったと痛感させる、バツグンな麺の茹で加減。
中辛でオーダーしたが辛さの強度は程よく、滞りなくグイグイと食べ進められる。
ラーメン専門店には意外と設定されてない、セットメニューという設計も実は嬉しい。
聞けば店舗ごとに特色が異なるようなので、他の店舗も追いかけてみたいと思う。
