夜でもカンカンと看板の赤文字が光っており自然と吸い込まれてしまいます。
店内はカウンター席数席とテーブル席が4つほど
駅から少し離れた飲食店も少なめのエリアにあり知る人はつい〆で使ってしまうはず

辛さは「ひかえめ・普通・中辛・大辛・メチャ辛」から選ぶことができ、量も大盛は１００円増・中盛は５０円増で調整可能。(ミニもありました)
個人的には卵とひき肉をいつもダブルにしてますが今回はお腹がいっぱい過ぎたのでひき肉だけダブルにしてます笑
辛さは1番人気の安定の中辛で、辛すぎることはないながらもしっかりと辛みを感じる絶妙さ。
ガツンと感じるニンニクのうまみと卵とひき肉のパワーがなんとも堪んないです！
麺はやや太めでスープによく絡み味が染み染み
いつもながらスープを完飲してしまいました、、笑

<感想>
川崎のソウルフードで、あるとついつい通ってしまう地元の誇りだと思っています。
結構店舗によって味の差が微妙にあり、小杉店は気持ちスープがあっさりめな印象です。
濃い目が好きな方は辛さを増したりニンニクを増やしてもいいかもしれません。
〆にもご飯にもおすすめなソウルフードなので川崎市民ではない皆様も是非お試しください！
