そんな表現がピッタリではないかと思います。
まず、外観が綺麗で良かった。
店内も清潔感があり、焼鳥屋として考えたらお洒落でしたし。
最初はチェーン店だとも知らずに入店。
しばらくはチェーン店だと気付かないぐらいのハイパフォーマンスでした。
若いスタッフさんたちの元気が素晴らしい！
チェーン店でよく見かける、マニュアル通りに大声を張り上げるだけのソレとは一線を画している。
客の希望に耳を傾ける姿勢にも驚いた！
通常、チェーン店ではマニュアル以外の事は出来ない筈。
お料理のレベルも高い！
全体的に安価なので、この価格から評価すると「☆４つ」で問題ないと思います。
「お通し」が３００円を切るのも嬉しい。
にも関わらず、この「お通し」がなかなか美味しい。
地酒が１合５００円台からいただけるのも嬉しい。
銘柄もそこそこ揃っていて、焼酎に関しても品揃えが豊富です。
ヤキトンに付ける「ミソ」が美味い！
「ボン」に付ける「バジルソース」も秀逸。
普通の焼鳥屋の価格なんですよ。
それでもってワンランク上の焼鳥が楽しめる。
オリジナル酎ハイも面白いです。
「ホイス」という串善特製強壮薬草入り酎ハイ（健康酒）があります。
これが３２０円です。
お味はまぁまぁですが…（汗）
今月のキャンペーン商品も嬉しい。
月毎に変わる「刺身類」が３００円で提供されます。
今月は「カツオのたたき」でした。
とても３００円とは思えぬ美味しさでした。
全体的に素晴らしいお店です。
近所にあれば間違いなく通うお店だと思います。
