I visited a store that caught my attention when I was passing by. Even though it's hot, I'm getting quite a lot of food. Each seat was separated, so it wasn't that big of a deal about how many people were in there, but in terms of the number of cars, there were probably about 10. The salt on top is a little light, but I like it. It's at the normal tongue salt level that you'd find at other stores, but it's fine. I recommend the grilled misuji. It's a bit thin, but if you eat it medium-rare, it will melt in your mouth. The flavor of the top skirt steak is good, but the way it is cut is terrible. A long, thin piece of meat that looks like a piece of meat from another store cut vertically into thirds. Zay wildly threw three at once. The upper ribs don't have a lot of marbling, so they are more like lean meat, and on the other hand, they are chewy and delicious. The meat here was probably seasoned with sauce, but it didn't seem like it was seasoned with sauce. This is actually a plus and matches the lightness of the dipping sauce. You can also enjoy changing the taste with miso sauce. It felt more refined than the top meat, which was dipped in a strangely unsatisfactory sauce. The sauce is light and miso-based and set on the table. There's also salt and pepper. Delivery is quick and the service is stress-free. This time, I ordered a set that was only available Obon (summer holiday in Japan). It was great to be able to taste and compare different things. I'll visit you again.
