15分くらいで中に入れてもらえた
この店の決まりとしてまず立ち席から始まる
席が空いたら案内される
店内には見える場所に今日の魚が置いてある
使ってる魚を実際見れるのはいいね
店内はすごい賑やか
料理も飲み物も目新しいメニューが多い
カルパッチョ(968円)は日によって中身が異なる
今日は平目、ヤリイカ、バチまぐろ
これは注文必須でしょう
特製ドレッシングが美味しい
野菜とも刺身ともピッタリ
・ボラ白子と色々キノコのアヒージョ(748円)
安い例えだがサイゼリヤのエスカルゴ的な見た目
オイルがブクブクと音を立てておりアツアツのままいただける
キノコの香りがオイルに溶け込んでおりプリプリクリーミーな白子との相性もヨシ
とにかくオイルが美味しいので、余ったオイルはパンに付けると良い
・アンチョビポテトフライ(748円)
アンチョビの味とガーリックの香りがポテトにしっかりと絡んでいて何ともパンチのある味
これは間違いない美味しさ
・自家製レバーパテ(748円)
これも美味しい
バケットにたっぷり塗って食べる
パテのねっとりした舌触りと少しクセのあるレバーの風味が何故か飽きさせない不思議な味
絶対にパテが余るのでパン追加必須
今回はガーリックトースト(583円)を追加
・ゴマサバの自家製スモーク(1080円)
サバのスモークは初めて
旨味がマシマシ
とにかく特製ソースが美味い
バルサミコの酸味がサバの濃い旨味と調和している
少し香る山椒もアクセント
・トレリッパとアスパラガスのトマトソース(1078円)
トリッパを期待して注文したんだけど…
ほとんどトマトソースパスタだな
たまーにモツが顔を見せるくらい
まぁこれは普通
2人で3杯ずつくらいで約1万円
いやー、美味しかったな
そこそこお腹いっぱいになったしコスパも悪くなさそう
武蔵小杉にこんな店があるとは
もっと早く知りたかった
