２月の末に訪問。
新城駅すぐのビジネスホテルの１階。以前は確か他の居酒屋だった。
土曜の夜で混む事は間違いなく、オープン間もないということで手際なんぞも
気になったけれど、ホールのスタッフは少ないながらもきびきびと動き、ピッチの
早いうちのグループの矢継ぎ早な追加オーダーにも即座に対応してくれ、
料理も追加追加であったにも関わらず、テンポよく出てまいりました。
ホールと厨房の連携の良さを感じます。
ザ・居酒屋って雰囲気ですが、店内はとてもきれいですし。
最初に手をつけるお通しがおいしかったのがちょっと嬉しかったですね。
筑前煮にコチジャンみたいな組み合わせでこれで一杯いけちゃいます。
ただ味は濃いめ。個人的に濃いめの味が好きなんで私はOK。
名物らしき鶏モモの文蔵焼きは想像以上にパンチの効いた辛さで
お酒が進みますが、辛いのが苦手な方は要注意。
ビールはやや高く感じるかもしれないけれど、料理は手頃な料金だし
結局３時間近く散々食べて飲んで１人３千円ちょっとならコスパは良いんじゃ
ないでしょうか。
客層はやや年齢層高めではありますが、若い方も、女性同士でも
気軽に入れるお店でしょう。
