カレー好きの皆様、南インド料理はいかがですか? ヘルシーで、胃もたれしません。
南インドチェンナイ出身のシェフが作る、本場の南インド料理が川崎に来ました。一般的なインド料理とは違い個性的な料理です。当レストランには「ナン」はありませんが、ずっと美味しいパン「パロタ」があります。マドラスミールスの料理は全体的にそこまで辛くありませんが、スパイスがふんだんに使われていてとてもスパイシーです。美味しい南インド料理を食べて身体の中から綺麗になって下さい。 |
新丸子駅から綱島街道を越えて、少し歩いた所にある
マドラスミールスさんを夜に初めて訪問しました。

ノンベジミールスをオーダーしました。
本格的な南インド定食です。
カレーがマトンとチキン、サンバール、酸っぱ辛い
スープのラッサム、ボリヤル(野菜炒め)、
南インド風フライドチキン
ライス、パロタ、アッパランとかいう揚げ煎餅
別添えのチャツネをたまに混ぜたりして味変可能。
デザートはヨーグルトとココナッツミルクベース
で中にタピオカ？が入っているものの2種。
流石、ローカルの方が料理されているので、本格的で
最高に美味しいですね。ナンよりパロタが良し。
南インド最高です！
