カレー好きの皆様、南インド料理はいかがですか? ヘルシーで、胃もたれしません。
南インドチェンナイ出身のシェフが作る、本場の南インド料理が川崎に来ました。一般的なインド料理とは違い個性的な料理です。当レストランには「ナン」はありませんが、ずっと美味しいパン「パロタ」があります。マドラスミールスの料理は全体的にそこまで辛くありませんが、スパイスがふんだんに使われていてとてもスパイシーです。美味しい南インド料理を食べて身体の中から綺麗になって下さい。 |
たまたま南インド式ミールス食べ放題の日で、メニューもそれだけだった。
まずは基本のミールスをよそってくれる。
揚げせんべいを割って混ぜ込んでいただく。
キャベツの炒めたのが甘くて美味しい！ラサムも混ぜて酸味も足すと更に味わいアップ！
全体的に無理にスパイスに寄せていないのに味は奥深くて、自然体の味という感じがした。
おかわりも促してくれて、接客もよかった！
