The opening day |

The reception was around 12:00 on a public holiday, and at this point there were 35 groups waiting. It's a popular restaurant, so there's a long wait, but you can call them by phone when it's almost your turn, so you can wander around Grand Tree while you wait. I went in around 2pm. Ordered creme brûlée Pancakes. I had a choice of 2 or 3 Pancakes, and since I was hungry, I decided on 3 pancakes. It takes about 20 minutes to be served. Although it looks voluminous, Pancakes itself is not that big and has a light and fluffy texture, so I was able to eat it in one go. The creme brûlée sauce had a hint of vanilla and was very delicious. My personal wish is that it would be even better if there were Japanese-style Pancakes on the regular menu. (The black sesame and soybean Pancakes I had here before were delicious.)
