今日のランチは、鉄板焼き・お好み焼きのぎゅんたさん。
ぎゅんたさんのルーツは、1965年に尼崎で創業の老舗の模様。
平日12時すぎに伺いました。ランチはお好み焼きや焼きそばにスープ・サラダ・ドリンクのセットメニューがあります。私は、見た目が美味しそうだった、
「エビとトマトの塩焼きそばセット 1,280円税込」をオーダー。
ドリンクはアイスコーヒーをお願いしました。
先にスープ、サラダ、ドリンクが到着。サラダは白菜も含む結構な盛り。
このときに鉄板に火が入り、温めはじめました。
オーダーから10分弱で、温めた鉄板の上に滑り込むように焼きそばが登場。
鉄板が温かいので冷めなくていいですね。
太めの麺とぷりっぷり！のエビが多々入っており、なかなか美味しい焼きそばです。
お好み焼きもやっているので濃いお味を想像していましたが、以外にも上品な薄味。
さらに焼きそばにトマトという普通はあまり見ない組み合わせも新鮮で、これが結構マッチしていて、美味しかったです。ヘルシーさを感じる焼きそばでした。
