東急線・JR南武線、横須賀線の武蔵小杉駅最寄り。
駅前にある大規模商業施設グランツリー1Fに出店しているテナント店です。
時間は14時過ぎ～アジアンビストロダイに訪問するも、ランチタイム終了しましたー通常の(ディナーメニュー) 価格の対応になりまーす！
と、申されたのでスルー。
武蔵小杉で遅いランチ難民として彷徨ってしまい～グランツリーに行けばこの時間でもランチメニュー食べられるだろ？とやってきたのはこちらのお店。
神戸？
お好み焼き？
鉄板焼？
そんな感じの良く知らないお店でした。
もう、時間も時間だし、ガッツリ食べたいわけでもなく、なんとなく小腹を満たしておきたいレベルのメニューを探しててこちらのお店にしてみた。
●海老とアボカドの塩焼きそばセット●

もう、自身のランチ許容限度額上限の1000円を軽くオーバー(@_@)
物価上昇？小麦粉も高騰してるしな～文句は言えない。
さて！焼きそばは各テーブルに備え付けの鉄板で焼く事もできるが、もう、さっさと食事済ませたいので厨房で焼いてお皿で提供してもらう方にした。
小海老とアボカドが乗っています。
味としてのまとまり？融合性が乏しいです。
完成品としての塩コショウ等調味料の効き具合も中途半端でぼやけた味です。
テーブル上にヤンニンジャンという韓国風らしき、辛さと旨味をマシマシするような調味料があり、後半はそれをかけてかき混ぜて食べました。
写真でご覧の通り…もはや、
塩焼きそばでは無く韓国風調味料を使った混ぜそばのような別の料理と化しています。
う～んなんなんだろう？
塩焼きそばでしょ？
この鉄板焼や焼きそばにも合うと言うヤンニンジャンを絡めて(味的に)完成品だとすれば、これは最早塩焼きそばでは無いのでは？？？
