武蔵小杉のグランツリーの中にお店を構え、内装もかなり落ち着いた雰囲気でいい感じでした。
テーブルには蕎麦茶がちゃんと冷えた状態で置いてあり、細かいところもポイント高いです。
一見、全体的に値段は高く見えますが
もりそばは700円で大盛も200円なので、街の有名蕎麦屋さんよりは価格は良心的だと思います。
最近、蕎麦を食べる機会が増えましたが
ラーメンより業界全体が価格設定高めで驚いており、大盛が300円以上がザラで驚愕してます。
肝心の蕎麦は
冷やし大和芋のとろろそば大盛鴨の治部煮つけそばをお願いしました。
蕎麦はスクエア型の石挽き？でコシがあって美味しく、とろろもグッドでした。
鴨肉が3枚入っており火入れと味付けが絶妙でレベルが高かったです。
