3 minutes walk from Musashikosugi Station! I visited [Ishizuki Grand Tree Musashikosugi store]! [Ishizuki Grand Tree Musashi Kosugi] opened in November 2014 on the 1st floor of the commercial facility "Gran Tree Musashi Kosugi" which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The company that handles this is Synergy Co., Ltd., which was founded in March 2006 and operates more than 40 restaurant nationwide, centering on ``Teuchi Soba Ishizuki.'' [Ishizuki]'s best feature is that they order the best soba noodles in each season from contracted farmers in Japan, and grind them every day using a stone mill inside the shop! This allows you to always enjoy Nihachi Soba with fresh taste and flavor! Also, since it's located in a commercial facility, the inside of the store has a clean, Japanese-style atmosphere. There are 34 seats, mainly table seats, so you can bring your children with you! It looks like it can be used for a variety of purposes! This time, for lunch, I had ``Clam Soup Soba'' for ¥1,500. This menu is a seasonal menu only available in spring! The broth from the clams, which are full of nutrients just before the spawning period, oozes out in the dipping sauce. The mellow dipping sauce goes perfectly with our signature Nihachi soba noodles, which have a pleasant aroma and smooth texture! I finished it in no time. There were other menu items that I was interested in, so I would definitely use them again when I'm in the area. It was a feast!
