武蔵小杉グランツリーにある日本全国からうまいものを集めた 「"うまいもの"セレクトショップ」です。
コンセプトは"ザ・ジャパニーズ・グルメストア"で、本店は信州の善光寺。
ルーツが房総半島の醤油蔵ということもあり、糀を使用した日本酒・味噌・醤油・みりん・黒酢などの発酵醸造食品を軸にした品揃え。
出汁や調味料など茅乃舎に品揃えが似ていますが、お菓子やジャム、冷蔵品など幅広く取り扱ってます。
店頭には「お豆腐ドーナツ」が数種類、試食も出ていました。
大きな煎餅シリーズ(180円、税抜き）の中から、以下の2枚を購入。
その名の通り、15×10cmと大きいサイズ。
割って食べるのがまた楽しい。
・七味唐辛子せん
七味唐辛子の香りが後引きます。
・ねぎみそせん
ねぎみそせんは、白みそと赤みそをブレンドした甘辛いタレと青ネギが癖になる味。
今回はお菓子を買ってみましたが、ここは家ごはんが楽しくなる店です。
