コロナ前以来、4年ぶりくらいで伺いました。店内はダウンライトでジャズが微かに流れていてムーディー。カウンター席は、ほぼカップル。私は娘と2人。目の前が焼き場のベスポジでした。
7時半に伺いましたが、既に満席の二回転目最後くらいで、白レバー、つくね売り切れ。人気ですね。大将がお一人で丁寧に焼いているので、提供にやや時間がかかります。
せせり、ハツ、ぼんじり、肉つき軟骨、ズリ、皮タレ、ササミ梅しそなどお好みでいただきました。炭火で外側はパリッと焼き上がり、中はジューシーな仕上がりで美味。個人的な今日の1番はせせり、タップリの千切り大根と一緒にいただいてGOODでした。箸休めに、和風海藻サラダ。
久々でしたが、焼鳥とても満足、ご馳走でした。
