美味しく居心地よいお店
カウンター利用させてもらいました。
串焼きはどれもすごく美味しい。つくねはふわふわ、レバーは中がレアだけど表面がパリっとしてて塩加減も好みでした。スモークチーズ入りのポテトサラダも新感覚で美味でした。
グラスワインはスパークリングワイン、赤ワイン、白ワイン。スパークリングワインは、美味しかったですがもう少し冷えててもよかったなぁと思いました。赤はカベルネソーヴィニョンとピノノアールを。串焼きとワインの幸せなペアリングでした。
連れとずっとお喋りしていたのですが、ワインが少なくなると女性の店員さん（ソムリエさん？）が声をかけてくれました。居心地が良くてついつい長居してしまう、素敵なお店でした。また伺います。

On my second visit, I went to the counter again. It was amazing to drink wine while looking at the rows of sparkling wine glasses and the impressive wine cellar. Grilled skewer include the standard Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) style, as well as creative styles such as avocado rolls, all of which are delicious. I'm glad that there are also dishes that use seasonal vegetables such as rape blossoms. I became a big fan of the fluffy meatballs and rare-cooked liver that I received last time, so I ordered them again this time. The fluffy meatballs and calitro liver were the same even on the second try, and my companions still raved about them. The wine list is extensive and the prices aren't shocking. It has a lot of red and white foam. The sommelier said there are about 60 types of red alone. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine. Apparently they didn't have the Argentinian one, so I got the Chilean one as it had a similar taste. They keep it cool in the cooler and pour it like wanko soba long before the glass is empty (lol). Probably because I drink it so fast. It was delicious and I drank a lot. The beer we drank with toast had fine bubbles and was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves wine and Grilled skewer. It's so delicious that even the people you go with will become fans.
