武蔵小杉の高架下にある「アジアンビストロDai」さん。
時々お世話になってるんですが、まず言いたいこととしては、接客のレベルの高さ。
オシャレな雰囲気の店なんですが、価格帯にしては異様な接客の良さ。
フロアスタッフ全員いい笑顔で接客してくれますし、所謂居酒屋なのでワイワイしてる中でも常にフロア内に気をかけてくれて客の動きに気づいてくれる、何度か足を運ぶと顔を覚えてくれる…などなど。
一人ひとりがホスピタリティ高いです。
あと、スタッフさん美男美女揃い（笑）
さて味ですが、基本的には日本人の舌に合わせたアジアンです。
一品それぞれ丁寧で、大人デートに良さそうな感じ。
本日は「空芯菜のサラダ」「牛スジのチリココナッツ煮込み」「痺れ麻婆豆腐」「骨つきガイヤーン」「痺れ坦々麺」を注文。
「牛スジチリココナッツ煮込み」はココナッツミルク嫌いの連れが気にいるほどの出来。
牛スジが柔らかく煮込まれていて、ココナッツミルクの旨味といい相性です。
「骨つきガイヤーン」は今回初めて注文。
若鶏を手羽、胸、ももを半羽ローストされてます。
ジューシーに焼かれて、部位ごとに味わいも違って美味い！
基本的にハズレのない料理と、アジアンながらクセ抑えめの日本人向けのいい具合の味付け、何より抜群の接客…という最高に使い勝手のいいお店です。
ゴリゴリアジアンが…って時には合わないかもしれませんが、断然おススメです。
今日も美味しくいただきました。
