ずっと気になっていた店。
特にボンゴレロッソなるメニューが常に気になっていた。
いよいよ実食となる。
食券を買い待つ事、5分。
[黄色いスープ]のラーメンが着丼。
まずはスープをズズっと....。
うーん良いスープだ。
貝の出汁にトマト、ニンニク...,そしてたまねきの甘さも感じられる。
麺無しでも商品として成り立ってしまうクオリティーだ。
そのまま飲む、パンにつけて食べる、パスタに絡める.....どれでもイケそうだ。
勿論、中華麺でも美味しい。
新感覚ヌードルといったところだ。
オーソドックスな煮干し出汁ラーメンやハマグリ出汁ラーメンとラインナップも豊富で興味が尽きない店である。
おしまい
