気になっていた焼肉屋さん「味蔵の森」へ。
一言で言うと期待しすぎたかなと。
松坂牛のA5ランクにしては確かにリーズナブルなのかもしれない。
ただ、お店で提供する最上位肉である「極上カルビ」ですら厚みも形もバラバラで切り落としのよう。
焼肉は肉の質と火の入れ方が全てだと思うので、正直がっかり。
肉以外もと頼んだ「コムタンスープ」もコクのないスープに大量の胡椒。
まずくはないけど、胡椒の風味が強すぎるし、そこらにある塩ラーメンのスープのよう。
ヘルシーロースターとか、建て替えたお洒落な店舗とか、力入れるのもいいけれど、本来の味にもちゃんと目を向けてほしいと思いました。
お店の目指す雰囲気を考えると、接客も少しお粗末かと。
三代目との事で、きっと美味しい焼肉を提供し続けてくれていた店なんでしょうし、残念です。
いい焼肉屋が多い界隈なので、大衆焼肉屋よりちょいまし…でないものを期待してしまいます。
いいお肉を安く提供したい…との思いがあるんだろうと思いますので、今後も頑張っていただきたいです。
