自分が出る頃には約2組の待ちがいらっしゃいました。

・チーズバーガー
注文をしてから目の前の鉄板でパティを焼き始めてくれます。
提供時はバンズでフタをしてなく、肉が前面に見えます。
ソースは控えめでお肉と野菜本来の味を際立たせてくれます。
パティは肉厚で肉肉しさがすごい！
レタスと玉ねぎはしゃきしゃきでみずみずしさを感じます。
コールスローとポテトもついていて大満足の一品です！

<感想>
武蔵小杉は馴染みがかなりありますが、失礼ながらこちらのお店を知らなかったです。。
ただそれを後悔するほどの本格的なお店でした。
ステーキ等のメニューも数多くあり、今回はハンバーガーを食べましたが次回は絶対にステーキを食べます。
クラフトビールもいくつかあり肉中心でメニューが組まれている素敵なお店でした。
