予約していないのに
早めのランチをコースで頂きました
サラダはドーン、
私の3日分くらいの葉っぱ笑
ロメインレタスのシーザーサラダ
惜しみなくチーズトッピング
スープとパン
少しベイクされているパンたちは
カリッサクッの軽い食感
コーンのパンはしっとりしていて
コーンがプチッと美味しい
オニオンコンソメスープは
濃い…
パンがすすむ…
私はいつもスープを
薄く作ってしまうので
このくらいでもいいんだなぁ
メインは豚と大根の角煮仕立て
バルサミコソース
豚も大根も
思ったほど柔らかくはないです…
歯ごたえ充分笑
しかも割と盛りがいいので
お腹がいっぱいになってきたよ…
大根も少し肉の臭みを
吸収した感じでしたが
バルサミコが効いて
だいぶ紛れたかも
コーヒーはたっぷり
私好みの酸味のあるお味で美味しい
どのお料理も惜しみなく
サービス精神が込められていて
好感が持てました
スタッフの方々の笑顔と
元気のいい声がけが素敵でした
なんでもない平日ランチに
コースなんて少し贅沢かとも
思いましたが
お腹いっぱいで大満足でした
帰りに隣のベーカリーで
バレンタインのチョコレートを購入
美しいボンボンショコラ達✨
