平日18時前来店、ショーケースは既にかなり品薄でお目当てのミルフィーユは欠品...
モンブランやチョコレート系、シュークリーム等はありました
○モンブラン (¥682)
→土台はチョココーティングされたメレンゲ、
フランス産マロン使用のペーストの中はマスカルポーネのムース、カシスのジュレ入り
土台のメレンゲはしっかりザクザク
マスカルポーネのムースもくどくなくてカシスのジュレがアクセントになり甘酸っぱい風味とチーズ感もよく合います
外側マロンペーストこそ甘めですが他の素材でバランスが取れている感じ
そこそこのお値段ですし上に一粒栗が乗っていると嬉しかった...(^_^;)

雰囲気はとても良く、落ち着ける感じ
お酒の種類も豊富そうなのでディナーやバーカウンターでのバー利用も良さそう
ゆっくりお酒を飲みながらスイーツをいただくのもいいな...と思いますがバー利用するような時間にはケーキの在庫が残っていなさそうですね(^_^;)
お通しにサブレとココナッツメレンゲが頂けます
サブレはチーズで、薄焼きでサクホロ
メレンゲはほんのり甘くてつまみやすいサイズ感とココナッツの風味が良かったです
