同じ名前の飲み屋さんが始めたお店。
『麺匠 潘次郎』
友人と一件目のここの系列で飲んだ後、
そのまま吸い寄せされるように入店。
入ってまず目に付くのが、
ラーメン屋らしかぬ、小上がりとロフト、
友人は、とてもツボに入り大はしゃぎ。
空いてたこともあり、
ロフトでラーメンを食す機会なんて無いので、そのまま階段を上がる。
友人とラーメンをシェアするので
二種類をオーダー。
◆悠 海鮮塩白湯ラーメン
◆光 げんこつ醤油ラーメン
１０分くらいかけての着丼。
盛り付けも綺麗で目で楽しめる。
特に、海鮮塩白湯ラーメンは初めて食べる味でもあり新鮮でした。
海鮮と書かれてたので魚介系と思いながらも、
そこまでクセもなくサッパリ。
店主が言うには、色んな新メニューを開発中とのこと。
これからの発展や新メニューに期待したいと思います。
