Personal review: Located 2min walking distance from the north exit of Musashi-Nakahara station, this is an izakaya that specializes in smoking everything. I first notice this place about a year ago, but we finally had a chance to try this place. Of the stuff that we ordered, I particularly recommend the smoked sausage and potato and sashimi platter. I think smoking the potato not only adds flagrance, but also seals the flavor inside. Same with the sashimi, but I particularly like the combination of smoked sour mackerel, perfect combo for alcohol. The smoked bourbon was good, but that may have been too much smokiness, ordinary beer or highball would be my recommendation. Also all the seats are private tables so you don't have to worry about people around you. They also have stores around Tokyo if Musashi-Kosugi is too far away.
【感想】武蔵中原駅の北口から道を渡ってすぐにある完全個室の燻製専門の居酒屋です。一年ほど前から気になっていたのでーじゃがいもとお造りの盛り合わせは特にお勧めです!(あと個人的にお通しが普通に酒に合う!)燻製されたじゃがいもの香りが一段と香ばしくなっていて味も中まで染みている感じがしました。お造りは燻製されたしめ鯖の酸味と燻製の香ばしさでまた酒が進む進む。燻製バーボンは香りがかなり強いので、ここは普通のハイボールやビールの方が良いかも。個室でネットすがやっと行くことができました!燻製工房と言うだけあってメニューの9割は燻製で味わえます。今回頼んだ中でもチョリソ予約ができるのでこれからも重宝したいと思います!

Some general comments, the ahijo is delicious, but despite ordering it in the first round, it came out almost last. Also, I personally did not like the smoked cow tongue. The smokiness overwhelmed the distinct deliciousness of the cow tongue, slightly disappointing. What was great is the Asian style German potato and sausage, smoke sausage all the way! Reflecting what we ordered, we must have ordered a lot of alcohol because the final price was a bit higher than what I remember last time. Still, you get your private room and delicious food here! visit. I was trying out different items from last time and surprisingly ended up using them! Ajillo is delicious, but even though I ordered it at the beginning, it came out at the end. Cow tongue I personally feel that the smoked beef tongue overwhelms the deliciousness of the tongue, so I'm a bit disappointed. However, just like last time, the smoked franks are delicious, so I highly recommend them! Looking back at what I ordered, I guess I drank too much.
