ウルフギャング・パックとは、どうもオーナーシェフ（オーストリア生まれで、米国で展開）の名前らしい。
（2021年３月）入り口で体温を計る。料理人を含めてスタッフは全員マスクをしている。客が退店した後は、テーブルだけでなく座席も入念に消毒している。

かみさんが行きたいというので、土曜日の昼11時半に数日前に予約して訪問。Kitchen+Barという名前から小さいのかと思ったが、結構広い。雨の日だが、先客がそれなりにいる。12時を過ぎると半分程度の席が埋まっていたと思う。
ステーキランチ（１人内税3,280円）を注文。シーザーサラダ、空豆のスープ、パン、飲み物が付いている。感想だが、ステーキが美味しいのは当然だが、脇役のスープや温めたパンも美味しい。
最近のものであろう米国の音楽が小さい音量でかかっている。これでいい。
全体的に満足した。たまには行きたい。
