わたしはウルフギャング・パックのファンで、1-2年に一度はどこかのお店に食べに行っているのですが、今回は2020年11月にオープンしたという武蔵小杉店へ。
キッチン＋バーという名前から想像していたのよりずっと広々とした空間で、赤がベースの内装がおしゃれです。
GOCHISOプレート<2～3名様向け> 5,800円（グリルフェア限定メニュー）
ウルフギャングスモークサーモンピザ 2,800円
シノワチキンサラダ 600円
ローアルコールハイボール 550円
モクテル アップル・ポムグラネート＆ジンジャー 600円
を頼みました。
お酒に弱いわたしたち夫婦には、ローアルコールドリンクやモクテルのメニューが充実しているのは嬉しいポイントです。
モクテルには傘の装飾も付いていて、気分が上がりました！
味も甘さとジンジャーの辛味のバランスが良くおいしかったです。
シノワチキンサラダとスモークサーモンピザは、ウルフギャング・パックでしか食べられない唯一無二のメニューと言ってもよいような気がします。
シノワチキンサラダは、ごまとマスタードのドレッシングがぴりっときいたサラダです。揚げワンタンのパリパリ感がアクセントになっています。ただ、パクチー入りなので苦手な方は注意してください。
スモークサーモンピザは、「本場アカデミー賞のアフターパーティーでセレブに愛される」メニューとのことで、このお店に来られたら必ず食べていただきたい一品です。温かいピザの上に冷たいスモークサーモンが乗っていて、ふしぎな感覚ですよ！
そして最後に、限定メニューのGOCHISOプレートをいただきました。
4種類のお肉を3種類のソースでいただくのですが、どのお肉もどのソースも美味でした！
特に黒毛和牛は脂が乗っていてやわらかく、大変おいしかったです。
あと、合間に付け合わせのじゃがいもを食べるとほっとするのですよね。
量は多いのでご注意を。
また別のフェアの時に来店して、新しい期間限定メニューも楽しみたいなと思います。
