滅多に降りることのない新丸子に
南インドのケララ州の料理を楽しめるお店があることを知り、ランチに行ってみました。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席のカフェ風の明るい造りで
一人利用でも気軽に入れる雰囲気。
ランチでもメニューは沢山ありましたが、事前にチェックしていたビリヤニに決定！
●キリ・ビリヤニ
マトン 1700円
バナナの葉に包んで蒸した、特製のビリヤニ！
横には、パパド、アチャール、ライタ。
結んでいる紐を解いて、大きなお皿の上に広げていただきます。
バナナの葉に包まれたライスはバスマティライスで、これがとても美味しかった！
カレーが無くてもバスマティだけて、甘味のある美味しさ！
これもバナナの葉の効果なのかな。
マトンもワシワシとした食感に丁度良い辛さで、心地良いスパイス感を満喫！
●モルムウェラッム 400円
ちょっと珍しい物をと思いオーダーしたドリンク。
ヨーグルトをベースにジンジャーやコリアンダー、唐辛子をミキサーにかけた
自家製のジュース。
辛さはさほど無いのですが、
塩気がかなり強い！
暑い国、暑い時期に飲む物なのかな…
美味しかったし、他のメニューも気になるので
また伺ってみたいお店です。
