新丸子から徒歩5分ほどの住宅街にひっそりとある、本格南インド料理が食べられるお店。
以前から気になっておりました。
2024年2月の土日13:00ごろ初訪問しましたが店内すいていました。
タラシェリダムビリヤニ（骨付きローストチキン）とエビビリヤニをオーダー。
ビリヤニ、初めて食べましたが、八角やクミンなど香辛料とともに壺で蒸されたバスマティライスと、そのなかにエビがあり、混ぜて食べるスタイル。ライスが美味しく、香辛料も、本場の味を感じました。
さらに付け合わせのドーサと、野菜の混ざったヨーグルトと、ビーツのピクルスも混ぜます。若干の抵抗感がありながらも少しずつ混ぜて食べてみました。ビーツのピクルスは少し辛いです..
壺いっぱいに盛られているので、かなりお腹いっぱいになります。食べきれずに残った分はテイクアウトさせてもらいました。
