我が家の大好物、グリーンカレーチャーハン。 : Soi Roppongi

Both my husband and I have been busy lately, and we are often late due to overtime work. The other day, on my way home from work, I stopped by the food court inside Kosugi 3rd Avenue. Among them, Soi Roppongi is my family's favorite Thai Cuisine restaurant. Once you try the green curry fried rice here, you'll definitely love it. On this day, I ordered it without waiting for my wife to arrive. This time with fried egg topping. We also paired it with a highball made with Thai whiskey, Nanuna Thai Ball and Ebisen. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the caller given to me at the time of purchase rang. Go to the receiving port. I returned to my seat, grabbed a spoon and started eating voraciously. It has a moderate spiciness, and as it passes through your nose, you can feel the flavors of green curry and fried rice. This is so delicious. Pour the distinctly flavored Thai balls into your stomach and the flavor will double. My wife, who came later, also ordered this. He was devouring it while making a mysterious statement that he hadn't eaten much at lunch. The prices at this restaurant are a little high overall, but you can't go wrong with the taste. One day on a holiday, my wife suddenly mentioned that she wanted to eat Ethnic Cuisine food, so we went to Soi Roppongi in the food court inside Kosugi3rd Avenue in front of Musashikosugi Station. This dish is often takeaway or delivered to our family. The fact that the repeat rate is so high is proof that it's delicious. Well, what I ordered on this day was "Green Curry Fried Rice". This is said to be my wife's favorite food, but surprisingly, I had never tried it before, so this was my first time trying it. Along with the life. After about 10 minutes of waiting at the window seat, the ringing device given to me at checkout rang. There was an orange plate on top of an orange tray, and inside it was a plate of carbohydrates with Ethnic Cuisine flavor. First of all, I gulped the whole thing down and cleaned my throat. Gradually, with a spoon in one hand, he scooped up some green curry fried rice and brought it to his mouth. Ah! This is delicious! The flavor of the green curry that spreads in your mouth goes perfectly with the rice covered in fragrant oil. The spiciness that slowly permeated my stomach took me back to Thailand. I was satisfied because the chicken ingredient was a good size. I completely understand the feelings of my wife who says this is her favorite food. 久しぶりに絶好の快晴になった日のランチは、

武蔵小杉駅前にあるKosugi 3rd avenue の
フードコートで。

選んだお店はSoi Roppongiさん。
こちらはタイ料理のお店。

我が家ではたまに
デリバリーで頼んだりもしているお気に入りの店。

結構本格的な味付けのタイ料理を頂けるのが良い。

お願いしたのは
『あいがけタイご飯セット』の3種盛り。

こちらはショーケースの中にあるオカズを
ご飯の上に乗せてくれるセット。（←まんま）

選んだのは

1. ガイパッポンカリー（鶏と卵のイエローカレー炒め）

2. カイルークイ（揚げ煮たまご）

3.ガイヌン（蒸し鶏）

である。

そして店員さんから勧められるがまま、

トムヤンセン（春雨サラダ）とジャスミンティーを
オーダー。

注文を終え食べる場所を探しに外へ。

気持ちの良い天気だったので
テラスにあるパラソルがある席へ。

すぐに持たされたブザーが鳴ったので
料理を取りに戻った。

さて、スプーンを片手に
まずはガイパッポンカリーから手をつけた。

「あっこれ美味い」と、
思わず声が漏れてしまったほど。

少々パサっと感があるタイ米にもピッタリ。

これだけでライスが無くなる勢いで食べてしまったので、
カイルークイに手を出してみた。

こちらはやや甘い味付け。

例えるならば、
大学いものあの甘さの遠い親戚のような感じ。
（そこまで激甘ではない）

箸休めとしては十分の一品。

そしてガイヌンは安定の美味さ。

蒸し鶏が不味いわけがない。
これはとてもヘルシーだし小生の大好物。

さらにサイドメニューのヤムウンセンは結構な辛さ。

口の中に残った辛味を
爽やかなジャスミンティーで洗い流す。

外で食べていたこともあり、
むかしタイ旅行に行った時の屋台を回想。

ちょっと高くついたけど美味しゅうございました。

GW期間中の数少ない平日である月曜日。

ありがたいことに有給休暇をいただいていたので、
ランチは駅前にあるKosugi 3rd Avenueのフードコートにて。

オーダーはタイ料理屋『ソイ六本木』さんで、
タイ風焼きそばのパッタイにし、目玉焼きをトッピングした。
さらに生ビールの中ジョッキもともに。

店内から窓の外を眺めると、空の雲の切れ間から
陽射しが出できたことを確認できたので、
思い切って外のテラス席でいただくことにした。

まずは生中が登場。

それを周囲のタワマンや遊んでいる子供たちを見ながら
グイッと飲み始めた。

プハァッ！美味い。

やがてメインが着皿。

んっ？
もしかして量が少ないかも。。。
と、思ってしまったが結果的にこれは杞憂に終わった。

さっそく麺と具材を食べてみると、
その瞬間口内は一気にタイ王国となった。

そう思うくらいとても本格的な味付け。

モヤシのシャキシャキ感、ダイス状の豆腐や桜エビの味、
隠し味に刻まれたたくあんのコリコリ食感を楽しめた。

やがて机上にあった4種の調味料の中から
ナンプラーと唐辛子を掛けて味変。

さらに黄身を崩しながら食べ進めた。

うんイイね。とても美味い。

5月の気候ならこのテラス席はとても気持ちイイ。
こりゃまた来ないとな。
