I decided to finish the meal at the counter with a senbero set + drink so as not to be too intrusive. It was said that Senbero's drinks are a little on the small side, but it might be just right for trying out various things. I was able to finish it just by getting drunk. A staff member I had been close with previously had graduated and a new staff member (bartender) had joined, and he was immediately having a good time talking to customers about the information on the self-introduction board inside the store. The restaurant I want to go to at night is [b:Dehydration]. However, I have been forced to shorten my working hours, so I can't really relax...I was thinking that, but then I learned that they also offer lunch only on Saturdays and Sundays. So, I gave myself a reason to go scouting, saying, ``This is a preview for when I go to lunch with Kami-san next time!!'' When I was at the previous restaurant, I thought the pizza baked in this oven was delicious, but since the oven has been passed down at the current restaurant, I have high expectations. Lunch consisted of an appetizer, pizza or pasta as a main course, and a drink for 1,000 yen (some portions were 1,200 yen). Of course, I went to pizza lunch expecting to get some wood-fired pizza. I splurged a bit and went for a pepperoni pizza priced at 1,200 yen. Pepperoni is a type of salami. Does it have an American feel? Appetizers first. This is an authentic dish with 3 types arranged properly. It feels like a small course, with salami sausage with pistachios, marinated octopus and broccoli, and skewers of cheese and cherry tomatoes (I forget the name). I wanted to go because lunch beer and lunch wine were on the menu, but I had to run some errands later so I held off. Then the main pizza appeared. The oven-baked pizza is...delicious! ! The delivered pizza is an American type, but this one had a thin Italian Cuisine like crust, was chewy, and went great with the pepperoni. Relax with coffee after your meal. By the way, the person who worked as a bartender at the previous restaurant also worked at this restaurant, and he greeted me. Even though I hadn't been there that often, you remembered me well. The atmosphere seems like it could be used for a date or a girls' night out, and there were actually couples and people there who seemed to be having a girls' night out. I was also thinking of coming to this bar where the bartender I met at [a:14085242, Creative Dining WAZN] works. I visited on a weekday Friday night, as the next day was a holiday, so I thought I'd go there for a quick bite after dinner. I'm glad that the bartender remembers me too. The space used by [b: Lamia Fornace] is still in use, and the interior has a calm, adult atmosphere. Since it was after dinner, I only had a light beer. However, I ended up drinking 3 cups lol.And then I had [b:cannoli] for my appetizer! ! Shops that sell cannoli are precious. This place has a pizza oven, so I think the dishes that take advantage of this oven are recommended. The smoked platter, [b:Cheese Bettarazuke], is delicious and goes well with alcohol. You can also order it individually, so next time I'd like to order this first. Bacon and duck are also delicious with different textures. Sausage goes well with beer, so I also ordered some oven-grilled sausage. There are 5 different types, so it would have been a waste to eat it all by myself. Next time, I would like to ask Kami-san as well. Let's have pizza together. Yes, this is perfect for a date. In fact, there were some customers like that.
