都内のビジネス街から新丸子へ。日本酒と圧倒的な料理の旨さ。
こちらの店主さんのファンになり、都合8年くらい追いかけています。新丸子に新しくお店を構えられたので早速お邪魔してきました。
今回はお通しの揚げ浸し、八寸、なめろう、燻製、鳥のモモ焼き、鯛めしとフルに堪能させていただきました。お酒もカジュアルに合うものをとお願いするとスッと出してくれるのも嬉しいです。
まだオープン間もなく夜は少人数でやられてるため、これからどんどん改善していくとのこと。これからが楽しみです。

真夏の暑い中歩いて向かいました。
看板にメニューの写真が増えてイメージがだいぶ分かりやすくなりました。
本日はサバ塩焼きの定食。シンプル目の料理も期待してたので素直に嬉しいです。皮目もぱりっとしていて大変おいしかったです。
