Pasta & Grill Antibes グランツリー武蔵小杉店の後釜に入ったお店だね(^O^)
解放感ある店内
僕は１人客だったので、一寸狭いボックスのような席に誘導されちゃった。荷物も沢山あったので広い席が良かったけどもね(^_^;)
さて気を取り直して注文
自身のスマホでのメニュー注文方式です。
訊くと、メニュー表ありますので、スマホ無くても口頭での注文も可能との事。

釜揚げシラスのペペロンチーノ1550円(税込)
★円やかな味わいのシラス好きなら良いかも
ジュウジュウと音を立てる熱々の鉄板にペペロンチーノが配膳。
そしてスタッフさんがトングでシラスを盛付けてくれます。
こちらがストップをかけるまで、無限に積み上げてきます(笑)
味は、、、、
シラスは塩味が抜け円やかで、血圧を気にする僕にとっては良かったかな。
ただ、店の謳い文句のモチモチパスタが鉄板に焼かれ過ぎて、鉄板から離れず、ペペロンチーノの風味は？？？また食感や、食べ辛さもあり良い点が半減。奇をてらったメニューだったが、、、、
人それぞれ食べるペースも違うし、鉄板で焼かない方が良いかも、、、、

プニプニ、ヌルッと、独特な香りと酸味の効いたバジルオリーブソース
全体的に味は濃くないけれども、癖になるわな(^O^)
ふんわりフォッカチャも良いね。

ドリンクは有機レモン、有機サトウキビ由来の微炭酸レモンソーダを頂きました。
酸味円やか甘味も円やか。
輸入モノだしね、このようなもんでしょな(^O^)b
まあ、全体的に思ったところは、、、、、
店員さんの言葉遣いも良いし、
店内清潔感もありますし、
気軽に入れる店あると思いました。
