This shop used to be the place where [B: Kushikatsu no Maruryu] was located. The restaurant had changed during the Corona disaster, so I had been curious about it for a long time, so it was just right. According to the former restaurant master I went with, the management body is the same for Maruryu and Booster. As expected, you have a good grasp of the information in that area. Well, I guess it's a combination of the distinctive name of the store, [B: Boo] and [B: Booster], which are pig squeals. It's cheap, but I don't hate it. It was after 7 p.m. on a Saturday, but we seemed to be the first customers. However, there were always quite a few customers when I passed by, so I guess it will increase in the future. Sure enough, a customer came in right after us. Well, I tried to look at the menu, but I couldn't find anything other than strips of paper on the wall, and what I had on my seat was a picture book. Why a picture book? I thought, but when I turned it over, there was a menu on each page. What's the concept? However, the impact was high (I should have taken a picture ...). Well, first of all, the two of us ordered draft beer, ordered two types of Yakiton MIX, which is a standard menu, and toasted! Alcoholic beverages are available, and if you order the same size, the mega size is recommended because it is a little cheaper than ordering the normal size twice. The draft beer was [B: Premium Malts]. Personally, I think it's [b: super dry] for meat. If you want to snack on the main yakiton, or if you want to pinch with multiple people, it's just right to ask for the signature menu mix. There is salt and sauce, but I personally recommend this one. Or rather, it may be a good idea to order both types and enjoy the difference. The menu other than Yakiton is also quite substantial. I forgot the name of the potato salad, but there are two types, and the one I ordered this time has cheese and basil on top, and it is a gem that is very satisfying even for thick people. Also, although the order is back and forth, the raw bell pepper from the speed menu that I ordered at the beginning was also delicious. There is no smell, and you can eat it like a cabbage from a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) shop. Ideal for resting chopsticks. Perhaps due to the backlash of the Corona disaster, the two of us asked about the situation of drinking at home during the Corona disaster and the situation after retiring from restaurants, and the time passed quickly. The two of us ordered a mega highball, so we both paid a little over 10,000 yen. The former master is also quite a heavy drinker. The return trip is in the same direction, so we walk along the night road while chatting. The next time, we broke up with a promise to drink together. I felt lonely, but the night breeze was pleasant. It was a treat.
