今回は3月末まで限定メニュー
1日10食
『和牛肉豆腐＆ニクノカタマリハンバーグ定食』
いただきました。
熟成ニクノカタマリハンバーグ2個＋和牛肉豆腐
白飯・味噌汁・薬味6種・ご飯のお供2種・生卵付き
ハンバーグは注文してから焼いていただけます。
席にはサイコロが３つ！これは何かなぁと思いましたが、ハンバーグが一個づつ出てきた時にサイコロ一個が目印に！
ハンバーグは世界一美味しいといわれるアルゼンチンの牛肉を黄金比率で配合した牛100％使用。
牛肉は2週間熟成させ店内で極粗挽き
炭と薪を使ってハンバーグを焼いてくれます。
おすすめのハンバーグの美味しい食べ方
1つ目：一口目はそのまま肉の味と燻香を！2口目は塩でシンプルに！
2つ目：6種の薬味を皿にのせ、お好みで味わう！
3つ目：好きな薬味と卵ハンバーグオンザライスで締め
焼き立てのハンバーグが1個づつ出てきて、食べ終りましたら2個目がでてきます。
ハンバーグは肉汁もたっぷり！
まず1個目は何もつけないでそのまま一口
その後はシンプルにお塩で。お肉本来の味が堪能できます
