味が染みた豚がめちゃめちゃ美味しい。
スープはド乳化で、麺はワシワシのかため。
麺量は250gで二郎より少なめで、量も丁度良い。豚ご飯は角切りの豚と味染み脂が載っていて、炙られて提供される。これが200円は絶対に頼んでしまう。
