新丸子にある自家製麺88さんを訪問。
土曜日の20:40の訪問です。
並びは外待ち2名。中待ち3名。
先に食券を買って並びます。
ラーメン濃厚
をチョイス。
食券回収時にニンニクの有無を聞かれます。
ニンニク、アブラ、でお願いしました。
21時に着丼。
見るからに濃厚そうなアブラがたっぷりかかった野菜。
味も濃くて美味しい。
そしてもちもちごわごわの自家製麺が最高に美味しい。
チャーシューもほろほろ。
全体的にバランスもよくとても美味しかったです！
