つけ麺を注文。食券を渡す時に太麺と細麺から選べたので太麺で。にんにくと背脂も聞かれたので背脂だけお願いした。
オペレーションが遅いのか、回転が悪い気がする。
つやつやの太いちぢれ麺と、たっぷりのつけ汁がやって来た！つけ汁は醤油とカツオが効いていてめちゃくちゃ美味しい。もやしと豚も入っていた。
太い麺に対してこの強いスープが合っていてすごく良かった。
違う種類のラーメンも食べてみたい。
